Throughout history, there has been so much strife and division caused by religious zealots. While incredible art and architecture have developed out of these dark places, a more powerful beauty can be found in peace and unity. Had he not pursued a life of painting, Bruno Zupan would have loved to become an architect, creating an ornate "Cathedral" dedicated not to any one religion, but rather a place where people can come together and celebrate their differences. "Cathedrals on Gold Leaf" represents this idea.
